From $ 25.01 to $ 50.00 - $7.50
From $ 50.01 to $ 100.00 - $ 9.50
From $ 100.01 to $ 150.00 - $ 11.50
From $ 150.01 to $ 200.00 - $ 13.50
From $ 200.01 to $ 300.00 - $ 17.50
From $300.01 to $ 400.00 - $21.50
From $ 400.01 to $ 500.00 - $ 25.00
Over $500.00 - $29.00
For overnight deliveries, please specify in the comment box within the
shopping cart.
All out of the country costs for shipping will be automatically added
to your order. This will not show on your shopping cart order.
